Previously, for almost 5 years, he was Deputy Director in charge of third-party asset management within the Duval Group (notably in the development, management, and promotion of property investment funds on behalf of institutional investors and family offices) and Deputy to the Managing Director of Patrimoine et Commerce.

Laurent oversees development and asset enhancement operations. He joined the Etche team over 10 years ago. He had previously started his professional career at Proudreed in asset management and at NAI Global as a real estate consultant. Laurent has been a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) since 2017.
